Butch Inman – Owner/Agent

Butch has been the owner of the agency since January of 2002, when he purchased the business from his grandfather, Dott Baker. He is an avid golfer, huge University of Tennessee fan and loves to garden. He is a loving “Pappy” to his granddaughter, Ruby.

Katrina McCarter – Customer Service/Office Manager

Katrina lives in the Gibbs area and has 24+ years of insurance experience. She has 2 children, Jared 23, and Jenna 18. Some of her hobbies include word games, gardening, and her pets which include 2 dogs and 2 cats. She is happily married to Tim McCarter for the past 26 years.
